Lisa Fuller
Hi, I’m Lisa.

I’m a mother to three, a parent coach, and a Wild Writing facilitator.

I’ve been teaching and facilitating in the East Bay for more than two decades, and I love creating spaces where people can be real about parenting and life struggles.

Community is how I learn and how I teach. You won’t find me on social media. I light up when I’m with people. Yes, even on Zoom. That’s where the energy is. That’s where something true happens.

I found my way to parent coaching because I needed the support myself. When my second child came along, parenting suddenly felt a whole lot harder. Positive Discipline gave me a practical framework for understanding what was happening, responding differently, and finding my footing again.

Positive Discipline made such a difference in my own family that I wanted to share it with other parents.

I’ve seen and experienced enough to know there’s no perfect way to parent. My job is to help you better understand your kid, find a path through the hard parts, and trust yourself more along the way.

My Wild Writing Circles grew out of something I needed, too. Writing helped me make sense of difficult seasons in my own life, and I wanted to create a place where other people could do the same. The circles offer dedicated time to put words on the page, read them aloud without critique, and be part of a small community where you don’t have to perform or explain.

I also make plenty of room for the things that keep my own life full: beekeeping, knitting, hiking, improv, travel, and time with my mostly grown kids.

Parent coaching and writing are different kinds of work, but what I love about both is the same: creating a space where people can show up honestly, get more connected to themselves and one another, and leave feeling more grounded than when they arrived.
